European Award for Fiba Commercial Properties

In Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, Fiba Commercial Properties (Fiba CP) received the “Best of the Best Hall of Fame (HOF)” award, which CIJ EUROPE presents to leading investors in the commercial real estate industry worldwide. The award recognizes the company’s success in renovating Bucuresti Mall, the investment managed by Fiba CP’s Romanian company Anchor Group.

Fiba CP, known for its commercial real estate investments in four countries, won the award in the best renovation category of the “Best of the Best Hall of Fame (HOF)” awards for the success it achieved in renovating its Romanian mall investment, Bucuresti Mall. The awards are organized by CIJ EUROPE (Construction and Investment Journal), the leading organization known for its news on the commercial real estate industry in Central and Southeastern Europe.

Fiba CP CEO and Board Member Yurdaer Kahraman spoke about the company’s roughly 20 years of operations in Romania with Anchor Group: “We currently operate nine malls, four office buildings, two residential complexes, and two cinema complexes in Türkiye, China, Romania, and Moldova.

“In Romania, we are present with Plaza Romania, Bucuresti Mall, Plaza Romania Office, Anchor Plaza Office, Metropol Office, InCity Residence, Select Residence, and Movieplex Cinemas. Romania is a destination we value. We are honored that the projects we have carried out in this region are being recognized with awards,” Kahraman said.
