Fiba Ethics Hotline

The Fiba Ethics Hotline was set up to support the implementation of the ethical principles. All Fiba employees can use it to report any situation that is suspicious or contrary to these principles. Reports made by Fiba Group employees or third parties are kept confidential. The Fiba Holding Ethics Committee is responsible for investigating complaints and reports of breaches of the ethical principles and for developing solutions.

As a rule, any situation that is suspicious or contrary to the ethical principles should first be reported to the Internal Audit Unit of the Fiba Group company concerned, if it has one, or to that company’s senior management. Anyone who has made a report but believes it will not be, or has not been, resolved, or who has reservations about reporting within their own company, may contact the Fiba Ethics Hotline.
