Offering a shopping experience for every taste and need, İnegöl Mall is starting the third phase of its renovation works. As part of the works, the existing building facades facing the common area will be renovated.
İnegöl Mall continues to work toward offering its visitors shopping mall services to higher standards. The completed second phase of renovation enhanced the open-air shopping experience, while newly opened domestic and international stores and specially designed, spacious terrace areas have created a more enjoyable shopping environment for visitors.
During this period, İnegöl Mall carried out many initiatives that set an example for its industry, guided by its responsible brand approach. Working for a sustainable world and future, İnegöl Mall achieved water savings of 30% in one year through its Water Saving Project. Through its Transformation Story project, İnegöl Mall recycled approximately 2,000 kilograms of wooden blocks removed from the roof during the renovation works and put them back into use within the mall. After carefully dismantling the timber, İnegöl Mall partnered with a specialist wood company to start the recycling process. Through this recycling work, the mall saved a total of 80 trees from being cut down.
New additions to the tenant mix of İnegöl Mall, which has been renovated and continues to be renewed, include Özgen Kahve, one of Bursa’s long-established brands, which welcomes guests with its rich menu and offerings; Yataş, which brings together comfort and quality in sleep products; and a store for Lufian, a leading menswear brand. Atasun Optik and LCW Modest, Türkiye’s largest Modest store by floor area, have been renovated and are now welcoming the people of İnegöl with a brand-new look and more space.
Noting that the company continues its work to take the healthy, high-quality shopping experience it offers the people of the region even further, Fiba CP CEO and Board Member Yurdaer Kahraman said: “We are excited and happy that, with the third-phase construction we have started at full speed, we will expand our tenant mix even further through our strong partnerships. With the renovations strengthening our category and rental mix, we have achieved turnover and footfall figures that have multiplied over the past three years. Our retailers have also welcomed the work with great satisfaction; we are receiving feedback from them about significant increases in sales and customer numbers and improved productivity. Hearing all this makes us even happier. With the only mall in İnegöl, a town that is an important model for the Turkish economy, we will continue to create added value for the economy and social life of the region and of Bursa.”
Serving with a broad mix of domestic and international brands, İnegöl Mall continues to operate with the spacious layout that comes with being an open-air mall and with its responsible brand approach. İnegöl Mall also provides a safe and enjoyable shopping experience through its hygiene rules and practices. Following recent inspections of the measures it has implemented, the mall renewed its COVID-19 Safe Service Certificate from the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE), confirming its safe shopping service.
