Gender Mainstreaming
As a part of Fiba Group’s “We Work For The Equality” platform, we continue our works to embrace the gender mainstreaming at the corporate and individual levels and make it a permanent corporate culture.
All Fiba CP employees participated and completed 40 basic awareness training seminars, that we have held recently in cooperation with AÇEV (Mother Child Education Foundation), in order to raise awareness and sensitivity of our employees about gender mainstreaming.
Gebze Center Mall
My Dream Partner Project
Gebze Center Mall started to use “My Companion Indoor Navigation” technology of the My Dream Partner, which is the world’s largest and most comprehensive platform for visually-impaired people and was implemented by Turkcell for its visually-impaired visitors. Within the scope of the application in the project, everyone has started to experience a barrier-free shopping due to the transmitters placed within the Mall.

Gebze Center Mall
Zero Waste Project
Gebze Center Mall built a Waste Delivery Center within the scope of its Zero Waste Project and contributed to the recycling of 25 tons of waste per month in the categories of paper, metal, glass, plastic, battery, electronic devices and textile products.
293 tons of waste have been recycled until today thanks to Waste Delivery Center of the Mall.
İnegöl Mall
Hand-in-Hand, Hand-to-Hand for Goodness Project
With its "Hand-in-Hand, Hand-to-Hand for Goodness" Project, İnegöl Mall delivered aids to the needy children in the cold weather. The visitors knitted scarves and berets with the knitting kits that had been given free of charge by İnegöl Mall and handed over their knitted stuffs to the mall management. With the support of Bursa Provincial Directorate of Family, Labour and Social Services, the knitted stuffs were handed over to the needy children.

Support to the Education Project
İnegöl Mall implemented Support to the Education Project to support the remote education during pandemic. With this project, the Mall created a space for the children with free internet service and computers in the education hall. In order to benefit from the education hall, the children came with their families and were enrolled in the mall, thereby the educational campaign was carried on.

Zero Waste Project
As Konya’s life centre, M1 Konya Mall has become the first mall in Konya which started to operate with ‘Zero Waste’ principle to prevent environmental pollution, reduce waste creation and leave a cleaner environment to the next generations and became entitled to get Zero Waste Certificate from Konya Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization.

Electrical Vehicle Charging Station
With a nature and environment friendly approach, aware of its responsibilities, the mall started to provide charging station services for electrical vehicles in the open car park for its visitors. By this means, M1 Konya Mall has made one more effort to ensure a cleaner environment and sustainable world.
Inegol Shopping Mall
Transformation Story Project
Within the scope of the Transformation Story project, wooden blocks weighing approximately two tonnes were removed from the ceiling as a part of the renovation project were transformed and put back into use inside the shopping center. Eight benches were built with a thousand kilograms of wooden blocks and the number of areas where visitors could rest in the common areas within the mall was increased. A playground where children can have fun with their friends was created in Inegol Mall by using completely natural products with approximately 300 kilograms of wood sent for recycling. Inegol Shopping Mall, which cleaned the 300 kilograms of leftover wood and put it aside to use in the future, saved a total of 80 trees from being cut down through the recycling efforts it carried out.
