Following worldwide innovations and trends for its every work, a subsidiary of Fiba Group, Fiba CP has launched its new corporate identity in line with the dynamism of the digital world at the RE360 Grand Meeting of Real Estates Summit.
16 December 2021, Istanbul;
Fiba Commercial Properties (Fiba CP), one of the leading commercial real estate investors of our country, pursues to take steps towards the future by following the trends in its industry and in the world. Within this period, during which the companies explain their stories with new content, especially due to the effect of social media and digital channels, Fiba CP, carried out a new work that would strengthen corporate culture and contribute to the corporate reputation.
After Fiba Group decided to renew its corporate identity design and logo Fiba CP has designed a brand new corporate identity ad logo in line with the dynamism of the digital era. With this work, being carried out within a period of daily changes and when the companies work intensively to stay up-to-date, Fiba CP has come before its stakeholders and customers with its new image.
With a new logo and corporate identity, used for the first time at RE360 The Grand Meeting of Real Estate Summit, which was held recently and is one of the most important events of the real estate industry in Turkey, Fiba CP has reminded that adapting to the changing world is very important for sustainability at work.
“It will contribute significantly to our brand reputation...”
Yurdaer Kahraman, CEO and Board Member of Fiba Commercial Properties, said that the design of the company’s previous logo had been more focused on banking and finance sectors according to the perspective of Fiba Group during its founding years and also stated that they had combined the previous logo’s up-to-date properties with the necessities of a new era. Kahraman said: “As soon as Fiba Group decided to renew its corporate identity, we, as Fiba CP, also started our process. While designing our new corporate identity and logo, we combined the past and the future. We aimed both to reflect our identity and recognition of many years as a corporate and to achieve a structure that always conforms with the innovations of the age. We also focused on new digital language and dynamism while realizing all of these. In this sense, RE360 Summit, where we talked about the trends in our country and the world, was the most suitable place for introducing our new logo. We believe that this work will contribute significantly to our brand reputation.”
“Face-to-face retail will continue to transform...”
Kahraman said that the new logo and corporate identity were important steps for the digital world and he also evaluated the change incurred by the industry at RE360 Summit. Kahraman said: “While designing the future of Commercial Real Estates and Retail, we have started to experience the future at the present time because of the technological acceleration. Especially during the pandemic, online retail platforms, that are supported by digital technology, gained a huge speed all over the world. Therefore, this change has become our “Normal” from that moment on. Even though conventional retail suffered from this process, we entered into a multi-channel retail period thanks to digital systems, and actually, the integration of physical stores into this process has accelerated. This is not the end of retailing as we know it, all transformations are also good opportunities. Face-to-face retail will continue to transform in this sense. Because people cannot live by only using online platforms. No matter how hard the people experienced this pandemic period, they would continue to go out and socialize, go to shopping malls and shop face to face. Thereby, I can say that the future of physical shopping malls and stores is bright.”
