Pursuant to Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data may be processed by Fiba Ticari Gayrimenkul Yatırımları Anonim Şirketi, in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

Your personal data may be processed within the conditions for processing personal data set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, on the legal grounds of express provision by law, the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest, and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Limited to achieving the purposes stated above, your personal data may be shared with our business partners, shareholders, affiliates, service providers, consultants, the parties that provide us with information technology infrastructure and technical support services, public institutions and organizations authorized by law, administrative authorities, and legal authorities.
Your personal data may be transferred to third parties in Türkiye or, where necessary, abroad, in accordance with the conditions for transferring personal data set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

The right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about the processing if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred; to request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request erasure or destruction of the data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist; to request that the rectification, erasure, or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the data by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.
10. Method of Application
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK to our Company in accordance with the procedures set out in the relevant legislation. Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within thirty days at the latest.
Your application must include your first and last name, your signature if the application is made in writing, your Turkish Republic identity number or, if you are a foreign national, your nationality and passport number, your address for notifications, your email address (if any), your telephone number, and the subject of your request.
