Waste Management and Recycling
At our shopping malls, we support the separation of paper, glass, metal, plastic, battery, electronic, and textile waste at source and its return to the recycling loop. Waste collected at our drop-off centers is handed over to authorized companies so that it can be recovered.
Energy and Resource Efficiency
We monitor energy and water consumption at our shopping malls on a regular basis and develop practices that reduce resource use. LED retrofits, smart climate control systems, low-flow fixtures, water-saving equipment, and drip irrigation systems all increase our operational efficiency. We also help our employees, tenants, and visitors become more aware of using resources responsibly.
Renewable Energy
We reduce the carbon footprint of our operations through rooftop solar investments and energy sourced from renewables. By expanding the use of clean energy across our portfolio, we aim to contribute to a low-carbon, resilient model of real estate management.
Reuse and Repurposing
We value solutions that put existing resources back to use and extend their service life. At İnegöl Mall, we reused wood salvaged during the renovation for seating, children’s play areas, and a range of other uses: an example of how creative design and functional solutions can bring waste back into use.
