Doğuş REIT’s investment Gebze Center shopping mall which is managed by FİBA CPM a subsidiary of one of the Turkey’s leading commercial property investors FİBA CP, is the first project that FİBA CPM has took the management and leasing operations apart from its investments. Gebze Center shopping mall was build at 2010 with the total 66.072.72 square meter leasable area as the first and only shopping center of Kocaeli where is prominent in terms of rising industry city. Gebze Center provides wide variety range of brand mix with more 110 stores. It approximately welcomes 800.000 visitors monthly thanks to  its social open areas and its special architecture which is reflecting sunshine inside of the shopping center and became the center of attraction.

Starmall located in Shenyang, China, operates in an area of 115,000 m2 in total went through an innovative reconversion in 2017. Restructuring the large retail store section of 20,000 m2 that was previously operating on three floors in total according to the shopping habits, it now offers 25 new stores to its visitors. With reaching 230 stores in total Starmall’s value increased in a great scale in addition to its special living spaces such as Star Gastronomy Avenue, Event Venue and Fun Factor.

After its renovation which was finished in 2016, Bucuresti Mall acquired International CIJ Awards (Construction and Investment Journal Awards) for “2016 Best Renovation and received 3 Platinum, 2 Gold awards from Hermes Creative Awards. 

With its reconstruction, unefficient corridors of the mall became anchor store units. While store number decreased from 139 to 124, occupancy went 77 to 99 percentage.

Nominated for an award for only-adjacent office building and mall architecture which was a first for Bucharest, Plaza Romania, converted its shopping mall area of 10.500 metre square into an office. Thus while the mall visitor number increased, a need of a working space was met. In addition mall occupancy rate went from 55 to 98 percentage.
